CWHaven was built around a simple idea: healthcare providers shouldn't have to manage a dozen staffing agencies one by one, and agencies shouldn't have to chase five different systems to get paid.
What we do
CWHaven sits between healthcare providers and their staffing agencies as a genuinely neutral vendor — coordinating vacancy posting, compliance, shift fulfilment, and invoicing from one place, without ever favouring one agency over another.
We don't supply candidates ourselves. Our role is to make the whole process of working with multiple agencies simpler, fairer, and easier to account for — so a provider's staffing team spends less time chasing paperwork and more time on care.
How we work
Every vacancy posted through CWHaven is visible to a provider's approved agency panel on a fair, tiered basis. Every candidate's compliance documents are tracked automatically, right down to their expiry dates. And every week, regardless of how many agencies were involved, the numbers come together into one consolidated invoice.
It's the same discipline whether it's one shift or one hundred — nothing skipped, nothing untracked.
